Puppy Info

All available puppies have Health Checks, proper vaccines, deworming done by licensed veterinarian. Our babies come with Health Certificate, 1 year prorated Guarantee (1 year for breeder Partner Puppies), Lifetime Support, AKC papers. NEW ADOPTION REQUIREMENT: For safety reasons, we now require that everyone register their Microchip BEFORE we will ship your baby. As well as activating your free 30 day Insurance policy before going home. 

Full Akc or Pet Akc

Full AKC: AKC papers are given with no breeding restrictions on papers for puppies purchased with breeding rights.

Pet Only: This means that you do not plan to breed your baby, not that it is an inferior baby. We give substantial discounts on babies wanted strictly for family pets. Note: AKC restricted Papers are provided on proof of Spay/Neuter, Vet Verified by Microchip Number.

SHIPPING STATEMENT/POLICY

Puppy Parents, when your shipper picks up your baby or the baby is accepted by an airline, this is the same as if you take possession personally. Once the baby leaves Rare Bulldogs, we are no way responsible for any occurrences in connection with the baby. You as the new Puppy Parent, understand and agree that any shipper whether secured by you or Rare Bulldogs, does represent you in total responsibility for the puppy or dog once picked up by said shipping company or once accepted by any Airline Company. As a courtesy, Rare Bulldogs will make arrangements to ship puppies. If this is not possible, as the Buyer, you agree to make arrangements to pick up or ship this pup by the available date shown in the  Web Site Nursery or within 3 days of purchase if puppy is past 8 weeks. As purchaser, you agree to be totally responsible for any vet bills, medications, shots, etc. incurred in connection with this pup or dog after the posted available date unless prior arrangements are made by the Buyer and agreed upon by the Seller in writing. Purchaser understands that if this animal is left at Lovemyfrenchie for 10 days after the available date without a written extension constitutes abandonment. Lovemyfrenchies has the right to sell this puppy for board, vet bills, medications, additional advertising and any other expense incurred in connection with the abandonment of this animal. No refunds will be made.

Our Flight Nannies work for the airlines and can only fly with their airlines and on STANDBY. This means that they cannot choose the day or arrival time for your baby's delivery, and they can be bumped from the scheduled flight at ANY time. They also can fly only to certain airports. Because of this, you must have someone available that can go to the airport at any time on any day to pick up the baby. If you are late to meet the Nanny, he/she may have to return with the puppy at your expense. Our Nannies CANNOT miss their return flight. There will be no refunds. If the Nanny has to stay overnight at any point, there is an EXTRA charge. By choosing this option for delivery, you are agreeing with this policy.

No Refund Policy

Because of the nature of our business, we have a No Refund Policy under any circumstances. By making a deposit or payment to Lovemyfrenchie, you are agreeing to this and all our policies on our site lovemyfrenchie.net. When we hold a baby for you, it is taken off the market, and therefore hundreds of prospective customers are lost in connection with the OPTIMUM PURCHASE TIME of that particular puppy. This policy also applies to stud services and web design. Your deposit is always with us as an In-house Credit that can be used at any time.

Right To Refuse Sale

We WILL NOT sell puppies or semen to large breeders, breeders who keep their dogs outside, puppy mills, brokers, or pet shops, or to anyone associated with them. We reserve the right to refuse sale of any puppy from any person for any reason.
